This
picture was taken when Ahmad Shah Qajar, the young king, was going to
Europe by the way of Kermanshah and visited his cousins, the Dowlatshahi
family. Many of the ministers accompanied the King, including the Reza
khan (later Reza Pahlavi, the King).
